Click to Pay cashback offers can take some time to appear in your account. Please refer to the Offer Terms and Conditions in your offer email for the expected processing timeframe.
To be eligible for Click to Pay offers on your Latitude card, you’ll need to ensure that when checking out using Click to Pay, you use your email address or mobile number (varies by Merchant) that you have provided Latitude. You can check this information by logging into your Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre.
If the cashback from a Click to Pay offer hasn’t arrived after the Offer T&Cs period has passed, you may have not used the email address or mobile number that Latitude holds for you at checkout.
Why this can happen
If you previously enrolled in Click to Pay directly with Mastercard before Latitude launched Click to Pay, a second Click to Pay profile may have been created using the contact details linked to your Latitude account.
If your email address and/or mobile number differ between the two profiles, both profiles remain active. The most recently used profile usually takes priority at checkout, which can affect cashback eligibility.
Example:
- Click to Pay profile with Mastercard: Email – abc@yahoo.com or Mobile – ending in 22
- Click to Pay profile with Latitude: Email – xyz@yahoo.com or Mobile – ending in 44
This difference doesn’t stop you from using your Latitude card for Click to Pay purchases, but it may prevent you from receiving Click to Pay cashback offers with Latitude.
How to fix this
To make sure you’re eligible for Click to Pay offers with Latitude, please remove any Click to Pay profile conflicts between Latitude and Mastercard:
- Go to the Mastercard Click to Pay portal
- Log in with the email address registered to Mastercard Click to Pay and
- Delete your Latitude cards from the profile by going to View all cards
(Note: deleting your cards from the Mastercard Click to Pay profile won’t affect your Latitude Click to Pay profile; it will remain active.)
If you had previously opted out or was not auto-enrolled, you can manually register:
- Log in to the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre (LSC)
In the Latitude App
- Tap the card icon at the top of the screen to open Manage Card.
- Tap Add to Click to Pay.
- Select How it works, then tap Register now for Click to Pay.
- A confirmation screen will appear with your Click to Pay details once completed.
In the Latitude Service Centre (LSC)
- Log in to the Latitude Service Centre (LSC).
- From the left-hand menu, select Manage card.
- Select the card you want to add to Click to Pay
- Click on Click to Pay.
