Setting up your Latitude ID
Your Latitude ID lets you link and manage all your Latitude credit cards in one place.
- Already use the Latitude App? Great! Just sign in with the same email and password.
- David Jones credit card customers: Your Latitude ID is the email you used in your application.
- Have multiple Latitude credit cards? You only need one Latitude ID (as long as your details match exactly across accounts).
To set up your Latitude ID on the Latitude Service Centre:
- Use your Latitude ID email address and click Register.
- Add your first and last name as listed on your credit card account.
- Optionally, your date of birth (helps our systems link your credit card accounts; otherwise, manual linking is required).
- A unique password. Password tips:
- Don’t share, save, or write down your password.
- Avoid using personal details (like birthdays).
- Change it regularly.
- A one-time verification code (sent to your email).
Once set up, simply log in again to the Latitude Service Centre.
Linking your Latitude credit cards
David Jones cards: Are linked automatically when you apply, so you can log in straight away.
For all other Latitude cards: To link a Latitude credit card to your Latitude ID:
- Enter your card or account number and date of birth. Tip: You can link your credit card even if it is not activated.
- We’ll send an SMS verification code to the mobile number we have on file.
- Enter the code to confirm.
For security:
- Names on all accounts must match exactly. If not, you’ll need to update your details first.
- Only the primary cardholder can link accounts (joint or additional cardholders can’t access the Latitude Service Centre or App).
Verification codes:
- Email verification code: Valid for 24 hours.
- SMS code for linking cards: Valid for 3 minutes.
If you don’t receive your SMS:
- Make sure we have your current mobile number. If not, update your details.
- If you’ve just updated your mobile number, wait 15 minutes before trying again.
Resetting your Latitude ID password
You can reset your password anytime without calling us.
- Open the Latitude Service Centre.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter your email address and we’ll send you a 6-digit code.
- Enter the code and create a new password.
Tip: If your old password was saved in your browser or device, update it so you can log in smoothly next time.
