If your account has been overdue for more than 30 days, you can make a payment using your debit card.
How to Make a Payment
- Go to Make a Payment.
- Select or enter the amount you’d like to pay.
- Choose a payment method:
- Use a saved debit card if you’ve made a payment this way before and saved your debit card.
- Select Set up debit card to follow the instructions to add a new one.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Eligibility: Debit card payments are only available if your account is overdue for more than 30 days. If not, you’ll need to use BPAY or direct debit via the Latitude Mobile App. Click here to view your payment options.
- Payment limits: You can pay between $10.00 and $5,000.00 per transaction. To pay more, consider using alternative payment options.
- Processing time: Debit card payments take 1–2 business days to process, but your available balance updates almost immediately.
- Accepted cards: We accept debit cards from local financial institutions. However, we don’t accept international debit cards, credit cards, or EFTPOS.
- Managing saved cards: You can view, update, or remove your saved debit cards through the Make a Payment option in the Latitude Mobile App.
