The Latitude App and Latitude Service Centre allows you to check and manage all your Latitude credit cards in one place. You can:
- Check your balance or available credit.
- View your credit card transactions and repayments in the Transactions tab.
- View your Interest Free payment plans and purchases in the Interest Free tab.
- View and download your statements from the Manage Account section.
- Manage your personal details.
- Change your credit card limit.
- Request a letter.
- Request a payout figure.
- Request to close your account.
What is the Inbox feature?
The Inbox helps you stay on top of key messages from Latitude.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Look for the envelope icon on the main Account Overview screen.
- A red dot means there are unread messages.
- You can mark messages as read/unread or delete them - note that deletion is permanent.
- Some messages will include links that take you straight to features like Make a Payment.
- If you have multiple accounts, you can use the Account Selector dropdown to switch between Inboxes.
- The number displayed next to the account is the count of unread messages, not total messages.
- You’ll see an Empty State if there are no messages.
- Inbox is synced across platforms - messages deleted in Latitude Service Centre will also be deleted in the Latitude App, and vice versa.
What types of messages will appear in the Inbox?
You'll see the following communication types:
- Onboarding checklist
- Statement notifications
- Payment due reminders
- BPAY scheduled payment success notifications
- BPAY scheduled payment failure alerts
Can I re-order my accounts in the App overview section?
Yes, you can re-order your Latitude products in the Accounts Overview list by holding the product banner for a few seconds and then moving it to the bottom of your linked accounts.
