The Latitude App is designed for mobile users and offers access to your balances and payments. You’ll also be able to check all your Latitude credit cards in one place.
What is the Inbox feature in the Latitude App?
The Inbox helps you stay on top of key messages from Latitude.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Look for the envelope icon on the main Account Overview screen.
- A red dot means there are unread messages.
- You can mark messages as read/unread or delete them — note that deletion is permanent.
- Some messages will include links that take you straight to features like Make a Payment.
- If you have multiple accounts you can use the Account Selector dropdown to switch between Inboxes.
- Each inbox will only have messages related to that account, you'll need to switch between Inboxes to view all messages
- The number shown beside each product indicates the number of unread messages only.
- You’ll see an Empty State if there are no messages.
- The inbox is consistent across both the App and Latitude Service Centre - deleting a message in one will remove it from the other too.
What types of messages will appear in the Inbox?
You'll see the following communication types:
- A digital onboarding checklist
- Statement notifications
- Reminders for payment due dates
- BPAY scheduled payment success notifications
- BPAY scheduled payment failure alerts
Can I download my statement from the Latitude App?
You can access your credit card statements from the Manage Account section.
How do I see my available balance?
You can switch between Current Balance & Available Balance by changing the Summary on home screen.
Can I update my address on the Latitude App?
Yes, you can! If you need to update or correct your address, tap your name at the top of the screen (or go into the Support section of the App), click Manage personal details and follow the prompts. There you can view and updates your address to a domestic mailing or residential address.
Some things to keep in mind.
- You will need to go and update your address separately if you have more than one Latitude card.
- You can only use a domestic address to update your mailing or residential address in the App, give us a call if you need to update to an international address (it’s coming soon on the App for credit cards!).
- You can use our helpful online forms to update your address on a Personal or Motor Loan.
Can I close my account via the Latitude App?
Yes, you can submit a request to do so. However, if there’s a balance owed, you may have to get the final payout first, for which simply fill in the online form or ring us.
Can I access my closed accounts?
Closed accounts are hidden by default. If you would like to view the closed accounts, you can unhide closed accounts in the support section.
Can I re-order my accounts in the App overview section?
Yes, you can re-order your Latitude products in the Accounts Overview list by holding the product banner for a few seconds and then moving it to the bottom of your linked accounts.
Can I see my repayments history in the Latitude App?
Yes, you can see your credit card repayments in the Transactions tab.
Can I view my interest free payment plans?
You can view your Interest Free payment plans and purchases in the Latitude App. Simply tap on your card and select the 'Interest Free' tab.
