You can update the following contact details via the Latitude Service Centre or Latitude App:
- Phone number
- Residential address
- Mailing address
To update your contact details via:
- Latitude Service Centre: On the side menu under Profile, click Manage personal details.
- Latitude App: Tap your name on the top of the screen or go into the Support section of the App and click Manage personal details.
Follow the prompts to verify yourself and update your details.
Some things to keep in mind:
- Have your mobile handy for identity verification.
- Only domestic addresses can be updated.
Online Webform
If you need your change your name or date of birth, submit a request via our Update Details form.
We'll send you instructions on how to upload supporting documents securely once you've submitted the form to verify the change.
For a name change, upload a copy of one of the following:
- Australian marriage certificate (or foreign marriage certificate in English)
- Ceremonial certificate (Australian) plus an Australian driver’s licence in your new name
- Divorce documents plus a copy of your old marriage certificate or current Australian driver licence or birth certificate
- Deed Poll papers or Change of name certificate
To update your date of birth, upload a copy of one of the following:
- Driver’s licence (front and back)
- Birth certificate
- Passport
