How do I access the offers?
We love it when things are easy for you, so you can find all the offers on the Mastercard® Travel Rewards website. You can browse through the available online offers or filter by your travel destination to find some amazing in-store deals.
You’ll see offers that give you cash rewards at a range of Mastercard® merchant partners, or you can login with your card details for some additional cashback offers.
What sort of offers can I expect to see?
The offers are primarily cashback offers when you meet the spend requirements at participating merchants across the travel, entertainment, shopping and culinary categories. Jump on the Mastercard® Travel Rewards website and take a look for yourself!
I redeemed an offer, but I didn’t get my cashback – what do I do?
The cashback offer will appear as a credit on your monthly statement and can take up to 30 days to be processed for those offers classified as “always on” spend-instore or spend-online. Cashback for offers specified as “unlock additional online offers” may take up to 120 days.
If you can’t see the cashback on your next monthly statement, then fill out our promotion enquiry form and we’ll investigate. You’ll need your Latitude 28⁰ Global Platinum Mastercard® account details, the retailer you made the purchase with and the details of the offer.
I forgot to sign in to the Mastercard® Travel Rewards website before shopping with a merchant. Can I still have my cashback?
Sorry, but we’re unable to allocate cashback for any purchases that did not originate from the Mastercard® Travel Rewards website.
The next time you shop, always access the merchant’s website via the link provided on the Mastercard® Travel Rewards page so we can track your visit and allocate cashback.
What happens if I cancel a purchase I’ve made or want a refund?
You can cancel purchases and get a refund in the usual way that you would do directly with the merchant, subject to the merchant’s Terms & Conditions. However, you will not earn cashback for any cancelled or refunded orders. If you cancel a purchase after the cashback has been posted to your Mastercard® Travel Rewards account, we reserve the right to deduct such cashback from your account.
I have a Mastercard®, but it’s not a Latitude 28⁰ Global Platinum Mastercard®. Can I still get the offers?
No, the Mastercard® Travel Rewards program is exclusive to Latitude 28⁰ Global Platinum Mastercard® customers.
