What is Officeworks Upgrade+?
Officeworks Upgrade+ is a payment and upgrade arrangement for selected Apple products purchased through Officeworks.
How does it work?
- Instead of paying the full purchase price upfront, the cost of the device is placed on an interest-free plan and repaid through monthly instalments.
- It's available to customers who use a Latitude Gem Visa credit card. or an existing Latitude GO Mastercard.
- The interest-free plan runs for 24 or 36 months, depending on the device purchased.
- Customers choose between a Standard Upgrade+ Plan or Premium Upgrade+ Plan, which determine the repayment structure and end-of-plan options.
- Monthly repayments are made over the term of the plan. Standard credit card fees apply, including a monthly credit card fee (currently $10.95), as well as any other applicable fees and charges under the card’s terms and conditions.
At the end of the plan, customers have several options, subject to device assessment:
- Upgrade to a new device by trading in the existing Upgrade+ device, with the new device placed on a new interest-free plan.
- Return the device.
- Keep the device, which requires payment of a final balloon payment. The balloon payment amount is agreed upfront at the time of purchase.
If the device does not pass the end-of-plan assessment and is returned, the balloon payment is still payable. The balloon payment is processed on a separate payment-deferred plan, and there is no penalty for paying it early.

What are the Officeworks Upgrade+ plan and financing options?
There are two financing options available:
- Standard Plan: This plan allows you to get an Apple product of your choice on a Latitude interest free payment plan. You’ll pay a monthly price with no upfront costs and have the option to upgrade at the end of your plan (subject to assessment and eligibility). If you decide to keep your device, you can pay the remaining “Keep-The-Device” amount.
- Premium Plan: The Premium Plan features all the benefits of the Standard plan but also includes an Apple One family plan. Plus, receive a OnePass annual membership and 4,000 Flybuys points.
