Want to check your loan details? Just follow these steps:
- Log in to the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal.
- Select the Request a Statement icon.
- Follow the prompts to generate your statement.

Who Can Request a Loan Statement?
Account holders, authorised third parties, and appointed attorneys can request a statement.
- Not an authorised third party? The account holder must complete a Third Party Authority form (Authority to Maintain) and return it to us.
- Appointed attorneys must provide a certified copy of the Power of Attorney document (if not previously submitted).
Opting Out of Statement Email Notifications
We’ll send you an email to let you know when your loan statement is ready to view in the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal. However, if you choose to opt out of receiving these email notifications, you’ll:
- No longer receive email alerts about your statements
- Be sent a printed version by post instead
- Will still be able to view your statements anytime by logging into the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal.
