- Log in to the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal.
- Select the Request a Statement icon.
- Follow the prompts to generate your statement.

Request a Copy via the Webform
If you prefer, you can complete the Request a Loan Statement Form, and we’ll send you a copy. Keep in mind this option takes longer than downloading it yourself via the portal.
Who Can Request a Loan Statement?
Account holders, authorised third parties, and appointed attorneys can request a statement.
- Not an authorised third party? The account holder must complete a Third Party Authority form (Authority to Maintain) and return it to us.
- Appointed attorneys must provide a certified copy of the Power of Attorney document (if not previously submitted).
