The LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal makes it easy to manage your loan online. Once registered, you’ll be able to:
- View loan details, including your total balance, payment due date, minimum payment, loan start date, loan term, and interest rate
- Access BPAY details (Biller Code & Customer Reference Number)
- View statements, including any additional statements you’ve requested
- Cancel or suspend active Direct Debits
The LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal is for loans only. If you have a Latitude credit card, you cannot access it via this portal - click here to find out how you can manage a credit card account online.
Who can register?
- Primary borrowers can register and access the portal. If you're the main account holder, you would have received an email with registration instructions.
- Joint account holders (co-borrowers) cannot register at this stage.

Received your password reset email but still having trouble with your password reset?
When you receive your password reset email, make sure to expand the email so that you can view all the messages within the email thread. Based on the timestamp, please select the most recent password reset email and click on the link.
By default, some email applications group old and new emails into a single email thread and then may highlight an older password reset email with an expired link. Clicking on an expired link will not work.
