Would you like someone else to speak to us on your behalf? To keep your account secure, they’ll need to be set up as an Authorised Third Party first.
How to appoint an Authorised Third Party?
- Let them know - Inform the person you’re authorising that we’ll hold their personal information. They can review our Privacy Policy for details on how we hold and use personal information.
- Complete the form - You’ll need to fill out the Third-Party Authority Form online with the details of the person you’re nominating.
- We’ll set it up - Once we receive the form, if all the required information is provided, we’ll grant the requested access within 5 business days. This will stay in place until you tell us otherwise.
What can an Authorised Third Party do?
We offer two levels of access:
-
Disclose Only: The person you nominate:
- Can discuss your account with us and get information like your account balance and purchase information.
- Cannot make any changes to your account.
-
Disclose and Maintain: The person you nominate:
- Can deal on your behalf including making decisions which are legally binding on you.
- Cannot apply for redraw facility.
Need to remove an Authorised Third Party?
