Account Holder:
Our mobile app and Latitude Service Centre allow you to have access to your account 24 hours a day. You can easily change your credit card PIN using these services.
Latitude Mobile App:
- Sign in and tap on the card you want to change the PIN for
- Tap on the menu in the top right-hand corner to access the Manage Card option
- Tap on Set or change card PIN
- Enter your new 4-digits PIN
- Re-enter the new PIN to confirm the PIN change
- A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to your registered mobile number. You’ll need to enter the security code to confirm the PIN change.
Latitude Service Centre:
- Sign in and access the Manage Account section
- Click on the card account you want to change the PIN for
- Click on Set or change my PIN under the Card heading
- Follow the prompts to enter your new 4-digit PIN
- Re-enter the new PIN to confirm the PIN change
- A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to your registered mobile number. You will need to enter the security code to confirm the PIN change.
Tips:
- You card must be activated before you can select your PIN.
- You need to have an active mobile number on your account to receive a verification SMS.
- You must be the primary card holder
- If you don’t have access to your account online or don’t have an active mobile number registered on your account, please contact our Customer Service team.
- For security reasons, we do not recommend using a PIN that can be easily guessed, such as your date of birth, the same numbers (7777) or sequential numbers (1234).
- Once you’ve changed your PIN, do not write it down or share it with anyone.
- You don’t need to know your existing PIN, authorisation will be required via a verification SMS.
- If you can’t use a PIN due to extenuating circumstances, ask us to switch it to a signature-preferred card.
Additional Cardholder:
- The primary cardholder can set a PIN for additional cardholders in the mobile App or Latitude Service Centre by following the steps above.
- If the Primary Cardholder can’t access the App or the Latitude Service Centre, they can always give us a call and one of our agents can assist.
