Credit limits vary from person to person. The information you supply in your application will help us determine your credit limit. If approved, we will let you know your credit limit.
Your credit limit can be found on the top right-hand side of your monthly statement. Your statements are available anytime via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre.
Your available cash limit can be found under Account Summary in your online account or on the top right-hand side of your statement. It’s important to note that your available cash limit can be different from your credit limit.
So, what happens if you go over your credit limit? The good news is, you won’t be charged for going over your credit limit, but you won’t be able to use your card until your balance is back under your limit. You’ll receive a courtesy message within 2 business days (via email, SMS, or post). You should only receive one ‘over limit alert’ in each statement period.
