Using the Pay My Account Feature

You can pay your Latitude credit card anytime using the Pay my account option with your verified bank account on the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre. 

There are two things you'll need to do to use Pay my account:

1.      Add your bank account details.
2.      Verify your bank account details.

Adding your bank account to Pay my account

First, you'll need to add your personal BSB and account number.

1. Click on Make a payment or Pay my account.
2. Under Pay to, select the Latitude account you'd like to pay.
3. Under Select amount, use the radio button to select the amount you'd like to pay. 
4. Under Select payment method, click Add a bank account.
5. Enter your bank details and click Next.
   • Make sure you enter your 6 digit BSB and 6 - 8 digit Account Number correctly.
   • The name on your bank account must match the name on your Latitude account. If you have made any name changes, give us a call!
   • You can add up to four of your personal bank accounts.
6. Review your bank account information, read the terms and conditions and select Agree and continue.

Verifying your bank account

 To verify your account, we will make two small deposit payments into your bank account.

1. Check your nominated bank account for the deposits: 
   • The small deposit amounts can take up to 48 hours to show on your bank statement. If it's a holiday or long weekend it could be even longer.
   • The small deposits might not land in your bank account at the same time. Wait till you have both deposit amounts before you verify.
2. Once you have received the two small deposits, click Confirm in the Confirm bank account details banner in the Latitude Service Centre or Latitude App.
3. Click Verify account within the Select payment method section.
4. Enter the deposit amounts into the fields. 
   • These deposit amounts will be completely random - make sure to check your personal bank statement to get the exact amounts.
   • No guessing the small deposit amounts, you get 3 tries to get it right.
5. After completing your deposit amounts, click Complete to verify your bank account.
   • You will have up to 7 days to verify the payments.

While you wait for your account to be verified you can also use some of our other payment options.

Making payments with Pay my account 

Once you have linked your bank account and verified the small payment amounts, you're ready to make payments.

1. Click on Make a payment or Pay my account.
2. Under Pay to, select the Latitude account you'd like to pay.
   • Once your account is verified, you can use it to make payments to any of your linked Latitude card account.
3. Under Select amount, use the radio button to select the amount you'd like to pay. 
4. Under Select payment method, your account will show a green tick to indicate it is verified. Select your Pay from account and click Next.
5. Review your payment details and select Confirm and pay.
6. Once your payment is successfully completed, you can download the receipt by clicking on the Download receipt link.
   • Payments may take a few days to reflect on your balance but it will show on your transactions list straight away as pending.
