Which Latitude accounts can I access through the Latitude Service Centre?
You can access your Latitude Credit Card account via the Latitude Service Centre (LSC). If you have a Latitude Loan you'll need to go to the the Latitude Money Portal.

What do I do if I am locked out of my online account?
If you attempt to log in to our Latitude Service Centre with incorrect details, you have three attempts before your online account is suspended for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you’ll be able to attempt to log in again.
If you can’t remember your username or password, you can recover them at Forgotten Username or Forgotten Password from the Login page.
If you continue to enter your details incorrectly, your online account will be locked, and you’ll need to contact us.
What is the Inbox feature in Latitude Service Centre?
From May 2025, a new Inbox feature will be available in Latitude Service Centre , providing a central location for important service-related messages from Latitude.
Key details:
- Accessible via the envelope icon on the Account Overview page.
- A red dot will appear on the icon to show unread messages.
- You can mark messages as read/unread or permanently delete them.
- Some messages may include direct links to relevant features, such as the Make a Payment screen.
- If you have multiple accounts, you’ll be able to select which account’s Inbox to view using the Account Selector dropdown.
- The number displayed next to the account is the count of unread messages, not total messages.
- If you only have one account (as is the case for around 95% of customers), the Account Selector will not appear.
- If no messages are present, an “Empty State” message will be shown.
- Inbox is synced across platforms — messages deleted in LSC will also be deleted in the Latitude App, and vice versa.
What type of messages will I receive in the Inbox?
At launch, the Inbox will support five types of service communications:
- Onboarding checklist
- Statement notifications,
- Payment due reminders,
- BPAY scheduled payment success, and
- BPAY scheduled payment failure.
Can I see my transactions?
You can view your credit card transactions and repayments on the Latitude Service Centre. Click on to view your account and under the transactions tab you will see all the comings and goings- including any pending transactions.
You can access your monthly credit card statements in the Manage Account section. All your statements will be available to view/download- free of charge.
Can I view my interest free payment plans?
From the overview page simply click to view your account, and open the Interest Free tab. Here you will find all your active interest free plans.
All your account information is available in the View account section- you will be able to see your transactions, interest free plans and your monthly statements.
Can I close my account via the Latitude Service Centre?
Yes, you can submit a request to do so. However, if there’s a balance owed, you may have to make the final payout first.
Can I request a payout figure on the Latitude Service Centre?
To request a payout figure click Manage Account, select the required card account, and press Request a Payout Figure and follow the prompts.
