Can I make a payment in the Latitude Service Centre?
Making payments to your Latitude card is now easier with Pay my Account in the Latitude Service Centre and Latitude Mobile App.
With Pay My Account you can link your bank account to make payments at any time. Unlike the Online Service Centre, there will be no 5-day payment lock out.
How do I set it up?
First, you will need to set up your BSB and account- click on Make a Payment and add in your bank account details. We will need to verify your bank account before you can start making payments to your account.
Important note - Make sure you enter your BSB and Account number correctly.
How will you verify my bank details?
We will make two small deposit payments into your bank account- We just need you to confirm the exact amounts and you are good to go!
These deposit amounts will be completely random. So make sure to check your statement to get the exact amounts.
How long will it take for the two small deposit amounts to appear in my bank account transaction list or statement?
Most of the time, the two small deposit amounts should appear on your bank transaction list or statement within 48 hours, but it could take up to 3 business days depending on your bank and things like weekends and public holidays.
You will have up to 10 days to confirm your two small deposit amounts in the Latitude app before they expire.
How do I find the two small deposit amounts to verify my BSB and account number?
You can find the two small deposit amounts by checking the bank account you have used to verify your payments. The two small random amounts will appear on your bank transaction list or statement identifiable as Latitude

Can I use this payment option for all Latitude products in the Latitude Service Centre?
Once your BSB and Account number is verified you can use this bank account for all your credit cards linked to the Latitude App.
Unfortunately, this feature isn't available for Personal Loans.
