To Activate the 6 Months Interest Free
- Make an everyday purchase of $250 or more using your Latitude GO Platinum Mastercard.
- Open the Latitude App and tap Get 6 Months Interest Free on the eligible transaction(s) within 30 days.
- You can add as many eligible purchases as you like - there’s no limit.
- Each time you make a new eligible purchase, you’ll need to repeat the above steps to activate the 6 months Interest Free.
- If you make more than one eligible purchase in the same statement cycle, they’ll be grouped together into a single 6 months Interest Free balance.
Things You Need to Know

Viewing your current 6 months Interest Free balances: You can view your active plans in:
- The Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre under the Interest Free tab
- Your statement under the Interest Free section
- Minimum Monthly Payments: You’ll need to make minimum monthly payments during the 6-month period, calculated as 3% of your Interest Free balance. Important: Paying only the minimum monthly payment may not fully pay off your 6 month Interest Free balance before the expiry date. Any remaining amount will revert to the general Purchase Rate (interest rate) once the plan ends.
- Direct Debits: If your direct debit is set to Full or Modified Closing Balance, it may automatically include your 6 months Interest Free balance in the payment amount. To avoid this, contact us to adjust your direct debit. Tip: Add purchases to 6 months Interest Free as soon as possible to prevent them being included in your direct debit.
- Credits or Refunds: Any credits or refunds can reduce your overall 6 months Interest Free balance. This might make your balance appear lower than your selected purchase(s) amount.

Can’t see this feature on the app: Check these first:
- Your Latitude GO Platinum Mastercard is active and linked to your Latitude App.
- Your app version is one of the below or later:
- iOS: Version 1.60 (1719)
- Android: Version 1.53.8557
- If everything looks right and the feature still doesn’t appear, contact us for support.

Can’t see eligible purchases in the app: This can happen if:
- You haven’t made a $250+ everyday purchase in the last 30 days.
- The transaction is still pending – you’ll need to wait until it’s processed.
- Got a message saying "This feature isn’t available to you right now": Please contact us so we can take a closer look and help resolve it.
