This article relates to the Latitude GO Mastercard and Latitude Gem Visa credit cards. These credit cards have a monthly credit card fee that is currently $10.95.
Latitude partners with thousands of retailers across Australia to offer you a range of Interest Free payment plans.
We offer three main Interest Free plans on our:
1. Equal Monthly Payment Plan – Pay the same amount each month
- No interest is charged during the plan period.
- Equal monthly payments are required for the full term.
- If the term is shorter than 33 months and two consecutive minimum payments are missed, the plan will switch to a Minimum Monthly Payment Plan.
2. Minimum Monthly Payment Plan – Pay the minimum, or more if you like
- No interest is charged during the plan period.
- You must make the required minimum monthly payments.
3. Deferred Payment Plan – Pay later, or whenever it suits you
- No payments are required during the plan period.
- You can make payments any time.
Things you Need to Know
- You can use the Latitude App to make extra payments directly to a specific plan using the Pay This Plan option. Alternatively, contact us and we’ll help allocate the payment for you.
- Payments made to your account are allocated based on your card’s General Terms and Conditions or Conditions of Use. You can view the latest versions in our Latitude Credit Card Terms and Conditions Library.
- To avoid interest, make sure the full balance of your Interest Free purchase is paid off before the plan expiry date.
- At the end of the plan period, any remaining balance will be charged interest at the Expired Plan Rate if it is not paid out on or before the expiry date.
- If you notice anything that doesn’t seem right with your plan, let us know and we’ll fix it up.
