You can start using your Latitude credit card straight away by adding it to your smartphone, smartwatch or other smart device - making everyday purchases quick and easy. It's simple and secure, your card details are never shared or saved.
No need to wait for your card in the mail
Once your application is approved, follow these steps to start tapping in no time:
If you applied in-store:
- Download the Latitude App and create your Latitude ID to log in.
- During the registration process, you’ll be asked to enter your first name, last name and date of birth as they appear on your Latitude account. This will allow us to identify your account, verify that you are the owner and link it.
- If we can’t locate your account, you can link it manually. Tap Link Credit Card and enter your account number (you’ll find this in the approval email) and your date of birth.
- Regardless of whether the account is linked automatically or manually, we’ll send you an SMS to verify your details. When prompted, enter the code we send.
- Once verified, simply tap the button to add your card to your Apple or Android wallet and follow the prompts.
- If you have a Latitude Mastercard, you can also enrol for Mastercard's Click to Pay service for secure online shopping. Refer to What is Mastercard Click to Pay?
If you applied online:
- Download the Latitude App and login using the email address (Latitude ID) and password you provided in your application.
- Your Latitude account will appear in the App.
- You can add your card to your Apple or Android wallet.
- If you applied for a Latitude Mastercard, you will have been automatically enrolled for Mastercard's Click to Pay service for secure online shopping. Refer to What is Mastercard Click to Pay?

Just download the Latitude App, register and link your card. Then head to the Manage Card menu to add it to your digital wallet.
