Redeeming Points via the David Jones Points Hub

It's super easy to track and redeem the points earned on your David Jones credit cards via the David Jones Points Hub.

For privacy reasons, only the primary cardholder can access the Points Hub.

Accessing the David Jones Points Hub

You can access the Points Hub, via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre. Once you log in to the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre:

1. Simply click on your David Jones credit card.
2. Below your account details, click Redeem and select Proceed to continue.
3. You'll need to enter the verification code that we send via SMS.
4. Click Connect to visit the David Jones Points Hub. 

Now you're ready to redeem your points! 

Redeeming Points for a Digital Gift Card

You can redeem your David Jones Points for your choice of any digital gift card via the David Jones Points Hub. Before you get started, please ensure the email address on your Card Account is correct.

1. Select the Gift cards tab and click All Gift Cards on the left-hand panel to see the digital gift cards available to you. 
2. Choose your preferred digital gift card by selecting View Details. The minimum value for a digital gift card is 3000 points or $20.  
3. Once you've read the Terms & Conditions, click Add to Cart.
4. In the shopping cart, you'll see the details of the digital gift card and the total number of points redeemed. Click Checkout when you're ready to finalise your redemption.
5. Review the details in the Checkout page and click Continue.
6. A pop-up will ask you to confirm if you want to complete the checkout process. Click Checkout to finalise your purchase and see your order confirmation number.
7. Once you're done, just click OK to close the screen.

Don't forget to check your inbox for the digital gift card. Tip: If it is it not in your inbox, check your Spam and Junk mail. Happy shopping!

Redeeming Points for Credit

Points for credit lets you use your David Jones Points to apply a credit on your David Jones credit card. This will reduce your account balance and count towards your minimum monthly payment. To get started:

1. Select the Points for credit tab.
2. Click on Redeem my points button.
3. Enter the dollar amount you wish to redeem in the Enter points for credit amount field. The minimum redemption is 5000 points or $25.
4. In the Points to be used column, you'll see the number of points used to redeem the credit amount. Click Continue.
5. In the confirmation page, click Confirm to see a message that your request was successful.

Keep in mind that the credit will be applied on your account within 48 hours and will reflect in the Transaction History section of the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre . 

Redeeming Points for a Purchase Eraser

Use the Purchase eraser to redeem credit on eligible purchases in the David Jones Points Hub. To be eligible, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

• The purchase must be within the last 30 days.
• You must have enough David Jones Points to erase the purchase (minimum redemption is 5000 points).
• The purchase amount must be $25 or greater.

Simply:

1. Select the Purchase eraser tab and select the Time Period and Month from the drop-down for a list of eligible purchases.
2. Click View eligible transactions to see a list of eligible transactions.
3. Select Redeem next the purchase(s) you want to redeem for points. 
4. In the pop-up requesting you to confirm your redemption, click Confirm to complete the redemption request.
5. You'll see a redemption successful message outlining that your request has been processed and your credit will be applied to your account within 48 hours.

Once the credit is applied, you will see it in the Transaction History section of the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre.
