Do I need to enrol in the David Jones Points program?

Once you are approved for a David Jones credit card, you are automatically enrolled in the David Jones Card Points program. This program is exclusive to David Jones credit card customers and is managed by Latitude Financial Services. 

How can I earn points and increase my Points balance?

You earn points by simply using your David Jones credit card to make purchases*. 

* Please note: Some transaction are exempt from earning points. See the Terms and Conditions. It will take 4 days after purchasing for the points to be visible in the Points Hub.

Where can I check my Points balance?

Simply log into the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre to check your David Jones Points balance.  

You can also see your points balance in the David Jones Points Hub that you can access via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre.

Are Additional Cardholders eligible to earn Points?

Yes, Additional cardholders will also earn David Jones Points on purchases made using their David Jones credit card. However, they cannot redeem points in the David Jones Points Hub or Pay with Points online at David Jones.

Do my David Jones Points expire?

Your David Jones Points do not expire as long as your account is active.

If you close your account, you have 30 days from the date of your account closure to redeem your points.
