How do I log in to the Latitude Service Centre?
If you use the Latitude App - Great news! You already have a Latitude ID and can use those same details to log in to the Latitude Service Centre.
A Latitude ID is unique to the mobile app and the Latitude Service Centre. It allows us to link all your Latitude accounts so you can see and manage them in one place.
If you haven’t used the mobile app, don’t worry you can still access the Latitude Service Centre by creating a Latitude ID. It is different to your Online Service Centre login- follow the instructions on how to set up below.

Setting up your Latitude ID
All you need to set up your Latitude ID is:
- Your name
- Email Address
- A unique password*
- And a one-time code- We will send this to your email address
Now you're ready to start linking your accounts!
*Make sure not to use any personal details in your password. Keep it tricky!
How do I link Latitude credit cards to my Latitude ID?
To link a Latitude credit card, you will need to enter your card or account number and date of birth. You will then be sent a SMS verification code to the mobile number we have on record.
As an added security measure, we will check that the names on your accounts match. If there are any discrepancies in details between any accounts, you will need to get in touch to update your details.
For privacy reasons, only the primary cardholder can link the account to their Latitude ID.
Can I link my credit card if it's not activated?
Yes, you will be able to link your credit card to your Latitude ID, even if it is not yet activated.
As an added security measure, we will check that the names on all accounts are identical. If the details don’t match, you will need to get in touch to update your details.
If you update your details, we won’t be able to add your account to your Latitude ID for 24 hours after the change.
Joint account holders, you can also link your account to your own Latitude ID
How long is my email and SMS verification number valid for?
The registration verification code that has been sent to the email you provided is valid for 24 hours. The link account SMS verification code is valid for three minutes.
What should I do if I haven't received my SMS verification?
To ensure you receive your SMS verification during the account linking process, you will need to make sure we have the right mobile contact details on your account.
If you have updated the mobile number, you will need to wait 24 hours to re-attempt linking your account.
