If you’d like someone legally appointed to manage or discuss your account, such as a Power of Attorney, Legally Appointed Guardian, or Administrator, you can request this through our secure process.
Important: This is different from a standard Authorised Third Party. Legal representatives must provide formal documentation before access can be granted. If you need to add an Authorised Third Party, click here.
- Complete the request form. Submit the Power of Attorney Request Form with your details and the appointed representative.
-
Provide supporting documents. You’ll be required to upload:
- A certified and witnessed Power of Attorney (or equivalent legal document)
- Valid photo identification for the appointed representative
- Complete required declarations. This may include confirming the authority is still valid (for example, a non-revocation declaration if applicable).
- We’ll review your request. Once submitted, we’ll assess the information and documentation provided before granting access.
Note: We can only process requests submitted through this form.
Access will depend on the authority outlined in the legal documentation provided.
- Discuss the account and access relevant information
- Act on behalf of the account holder where legally permitted
- Request certain changes, subject to verification and internal policies
Note: Some actions may be restricted depending on the account type and the authority granted.
- We’ll only communicate with the Power of Attorney when they contact us directly.
- All requests are subject to verification of identity and legal authority.
- Incomplete or unclear documentation may delay processing.
- Inform the person you’re authorising that we’ll hold their personal information. They can review our Privacy Policy for details on how we hold and use personal information.
To remove or update a legal representative, submit a new Power of Attorney Request Form and select the appropriate option.
You may need to provide updated or supporting documentation depending on the request.
