What is redraw?
Redraw is a feature only available on Latitude Variable Rate Personal Loans that allows you to access additional repayments you've made on your loan. There's no cost to redraw and no need to reapply, just flexible access to funds when you need. You can redraw via the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal or call us on 1300 973 422 to see if you are eligible.
What is a refund?
Whether it’s a personal or motor loan, we can organise a refund if you’ve paid:
- more than your minimum monthly payment in error; or
- into a suspended or inactive account
If you would like to request a refund, simply complete the Request a Refund Now form and we will provide the refund directly into your bank account.
Things to keep in mind

Bank Account Details:
- If we already have your bank account details, we’ll process the refund.
- If you have never had a bank account linked to your loan (e.g. you have always paid via BPAY), you will need to supply the bank details for the account you wish the funds to be refunded to.

Processing Time:
- Refunds can take up to 5 days to process.
- Once processed, funds may take another 1- 3 business days to appear on your bank account.
