The easiest (and quickest) way to make a payment on your loan is via Direct Debit.
You can choose to set up a monthly, fortnightly or even weekly automatic payment via direct debit - and best of all it’s free! We don’t charge any fees for paying your account via Direct Debit.
Setting Up a Direct Debit
You can log a request for us to set up your direct debit by completing the Set up a Direct Debit webform. You’ll need to let us know:
- Your details: fill in your personal details, such as email address, name, date of birth, address and mobile number, as well as details of your loan account, such as last four digits and type of loan – this information can be found in the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal. If you aren’t registered for the LatitudeMoney Servicing Portal yet, you can find out more about it here.
- Payment frequency and amount: you can choose your preferred payment frequency (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) and the amount you’d like to pay (minimum or additional repayments)
- Details of account to be debited: the details should appear as they do on your nominated account statement. We can only accept bank account details that are in the sole name of the account holder or from a joint bank account which includes the name of the account holder.
Please note, direct debit requests received via the webform can take 3-5 business days to be actioned. If we require any further information, we will contact you using the contact details provided.
Cancelling a Direct Debit
You can cancel your direct debit via our online form.
To submit the request, you’ll need to fill in your personal details, such as email address, name, date of birth, address and mobile number, as well as some details about your Latitude loan account.
Cancelling your direct debit does not cancel your loan contract with us. If you still have a valid contract with us, you’ll need to make alternative payment arrangements.
