You can set or change your credit card PIN anytime using the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre.
To complete the change:
- Your card must be activated.
- Your mobile number must be up to date on your account so you can receive verification codes.
Latitude App
- In the Latitude App, select the card you'd like to update.
- Tap the menu icon (top right), then tap Manage Card.
- Choose Set or change card PIN.
- Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then re-enter to confirm.
- You’ll receive a verification code via SMS to your registered mobile number. Enter the code to complete the PIN change.
Latitude Service Centre
- On the Latitude Service Centre, select Manage Account and select your card.
- Click on Set or change my PIN.
- Enter your new 4-digit PIN, then re-enter to confirm.
- A verification SMS will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the code to finish the process.
Helpful Tips
- You don’t need your current PIN to set a new one - just complete the SMS verification process.
- Only the primary cardholder can update the PIN.
- If you can’t access your account online or don’t have an active mobile number registered on your account, please contact our Customer Service team.
- Choose a PIN that’s hard to guess. Avoid using:
- Your date of birth
- Repeating digits (e.g. 7777)
- Sequences (e.g. 1234)
- Don’t write your PIN down or share it with anyone.
- If you can’t use a PIN due to extenuating circumstances, ask us to switch it to a signature-preferred card.
