Account Holder:
Our mobile app and Latitude Service Centre allow you to have access to your account 24 hours a day. You can easily change your credit card PIN using these services.
Latitude Mobile App:
- Sign in and tap on the card you want to change the PIN for
- Tap on the menu in the top right-hand corner to access the Manage Card option
- Tap on Set or change card PIN
- Enter your new 4-digits PIN
- Re-enter the new PIN to confirm the PIN change
- A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to your registered mobile number. You’ll need to enter the security code to confirm the PIN change.
Latitude Service Centre:
- Sign in and access the Manage Account section
- Click on the card account you want to change the PIN for
- Click on Set or change my PIN under the Card heading
- Follow the prompts to enter your new 4-digit PIN
- Re-enter the new PIN to confirm the PIN change
- A verification code will be sent to you via SMS to your registered mobile number. You will need to enter the security code to confirm the PIN change.
Alternatively, you can change your PIN by using our dedicated PIN Change Line. Give us a call on 1300 559 082 anytime and follow the voice prompts. You'll need to enter your 16 digit card number so make sure you have that handy!
Tips:
- You card must be activated before you can select your PIN.
- You need to have an active mobile number on your account to receive a verification SMS.
- You must be the primary card holder
- If you don’t have access to your account online or don’t have an active mobile number registered on your account, please contact our Customer Service team.
- For security reasons, we do not recommend using a PIN that can be easily guessed, such as your date of birth, the same numbers (7777) or sequential numbers (1234).
- Once you’ve changed your PIN, do not write it down or share it with anyone.
- You don’t need to know your existing PIN, authorisation will be required via a verification SMS.
- If you can’t use a PIN due to extenuating circumstances, ask us to switch it to a signature-preferred card.
Additional Cardholder:
- Call the Customer Service phone number on the activation sticker on your card.
- Prompt the interactive voice response with 'Set my PIN'.
- Follow the instructions.
Tip:
You will need to know the primary account holder’s date of birth and the mobile phone number listed on the account.
