We can organise a refund if:
- You’ve accidentally made a payment to your account. (Online form only)
- You’ve overpaid your minimum monthly payment by mistake.
- A retailer has refunded a purchase to your card.
The best part - the refund goes straight into your bank account!
How to Request a Refund
Via the Latitude Mobile App
If your account has a credit balance from a purchase refund or overpayment, you can easily request a refund in just a few taps:
- Go to the Manage account section and select Request a refund.
- Select the reason for requesting a refund.
- Enter the refund amount.
- Follow the prompts to confirm your bank details for the refund.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once your request is submitted successfully.

Via the Online Request a Refund Form
If you need a refund for a completed payment, simply fill out our Request a Refund Now form.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process - so don’t worry if it doesn’t appear right away!
- You can request refunds of up to $10,000 via the app or online form.
