If you've recently made a payment but it isn't showing on your account here is what you need to do.
For Direct Debit Payments
If you paid your account over the phone with us or via a direct debit and it isn't showing on your account we can investigate it for you. Once you have confirmed that the payment has been taken from your bank account or card, we’ll need the following information to log a query into the missing payment:

For BPAY Payments
Recently made a BPAY payment and it’s missing from your account? It could be for a few reasons:
We recommend checking with your bank or financial institution if your payment was successful. Once you've done that and you still can't see the payment we can look into it for you. We’ll need the following information to lodge a query into the missing payment:

For Cash or Cheque Payments
If you’ve made a cash or cheque payment and it’s missing from your account, it could be for a few reasons:
If you don’t have a receipt, you’ll need to visit the Post Office where you made the payment and obtain a copy of the receipt. If you do have a receipt and the payment hasn’t gone through, send us a missing payment query using the online form below with a copy of the receipt and the following information:
