We offer several ways to pay your Credit Card account. Let's find the right one for you!

Latitude Service Centre

Latitude Service Centre

One of the quickest & easiest ways to make repayments.

To make a payment

1. Login to the Latitude Service Centre
2. Click 'Pay My Account' from the menu
3. Enter and verify your bank details

Registering

Registering is easy and only takes a few minutes. Just make sure you have your card or 16-digit account and your phone on hand.

Note: Please be aware that payments can take 3 to 5 business days to clear.

No Fees

We do not charge a fee for payments made via direct bank transfer on the Latitude Service Centre.

Latitude Mobile App 

Latitude App

Make repayments in just a few taps with our mobile app.

To make a payment

1. Get the app
   Simply download the Latitude App from the App Store or Google play
2. Create a Latitude ID
   Open the app and create your Latitude ID
3. Link your card
   Once your credit card is linked, you'll be able to make payments via bank transfer with your BSB and Account Number

Note: Please be aware that payments can take 3 to 5 business days to clear.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit

The easiest (and quickest) way to pay your credit card is with a monthly direct debit.

To set up a direct debit on the Latitude App

1. Login to the app
   Tap on the account you want to set your direct debit up for
2. Click 'Direct debit' from the menu
   Then click 'Set up direct debit request'
3. Select the amount you wish to pay
4. Fill in your bank account details

To set up a direct debit on the Latitude Service Centre

1. Login to the Latitude Service Centre
   Tap on the account you want to set your direct debit up for
2. Click 'Direct debit' from the menu
   Then click 'Set up direct debit request'
3. Select the amount you wish to pay
4. Fill in your bank account details

Note: You can choose whether to pay a set amount, the monthly minimum or the full closing balance, on your due date each month.

BPAY®

BPAY® 

Make one-off or recurring payments electronically via your bank's phone or internet banking service.

To make a payment

1. Quote the Biller code and your account number
   You can find the details on your statement
2. Enter the amount you wish to pay

Note: BPAY® is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If you’re paying on your due date, make sure you complete the transaction before your bank’s cut-off time, otherwise, the transaction may be processed on the following day. Some payments can take up to three days to appear on your account

Australia Post

Pay in-store at any Post Office

To make a payment

1. Bring your statement into Australia Post
2. Pay by card, cash or cheque

Payments made at Australia Post can take 5 business days to clear and incur a $3.95 payment handling fee.
