Please note that while your hardship application is pending, the current Terms & Conditions apply on your account. You are required to make the contractual monthly repayments on your account during this time. You will receive a letter from us within 21 days outlining our decision. If we accept your hardship proposal the payment details will be outlined in the letter.

I cannot make further purchases on any credit card held with Latitude Financial Services as a shopping block will be placed on my account. I can apply to re-access your card when the hardship arrangement is successfully completed.

If you currently have an active direct debit arrangement to pay your Latitude products, by submitting this application for hardship assistance you agree to vary the date and amount in accordance with my application. You authorise Latitude to amend your Direct Debit agreement to be consistent with your application for hardship.
