How do I check the status of my application?
Want to know the status of your Personal / Motor Loan application? You can check the status by logging onto the Latitude Money portal.
Firstly, log in to the portal by using your email address as the Username. If you have forgotten your password click on the reset password icon to reset the password and then access the Latitude portal.
The portal will show you the status of your application, whether it is being assessed by our team or if any additional documents have been requested to assist in processing the application.
Note: Kindly allow our team 48 hours to process your loan application and provide you with an outcome.
How do I reopen a closed application?
You can only reopen a closed application if the following criteria is met:
- The application submitted date must have been within the last 60 days
- If the application is older than 60 days you will need to submit a new application
What information do I need to include while providing a copy of my Bank statement?
If we have requested for a copy of your bank statement to process your application further, kindly ensure that the following information is available on the statement:
- Bank Statements should be for a minimum of 90 days
- The end date on the statement should be within 30 days of your application date (the statement provided should be as recent as possible)
- The bank statement should be in your name and the BSB and account number should be visible
- The bank statement should show your wages with the employer name or ABN mentioned in your application evident

What Documents do I need to upload on the Latitude Money Portal?
Visit the Latitude Money portal to find out if any additional documents have been requested to assist in processing your application further. Upload the required documents via the “Add File” link provided in the portal. Refer to the article “How to Upload Documents on the Latitude Money Portal” for more information.
When will I receive the funds?
We typically allow for upto 48 hours for funds to be disbursed after your signed contract is received by us. Refer to the article “When will my funds get disbursed” for more information.
