Requests for personal information held by Latitude Insurance (Hallmark General Insurance Company Ltd or Hallmark Life Insurance Company Ltd) under the Privacy Act 1998 (Cth) can be submitted through this site. Latitude Insurance will provide personal information it holds ONLY.
Any requests for personal information held by a Latitude credit provider should be referred to the relevant credit provider (e.g. Latitude Finance Australia for credit cards). Contact details for all relevant entities can be located at latitudefinancial.com.au/privacy/
To avoid delays, all requests need to be accompanied by:
- A completed authority form
- A copy of customer’s identification from the list below:
- A driver’s licence, or
- A passport and utility bill or bank statement (within last 3 months), or
- A photo card issued by a state or territory government agency
