Change can be scary, but it doesn’t have to be! We’re moving the BPAY® feature from the Online Service Centre to the shiny new Latitude Service Centre. The Latitude Service Centre allows customers to access all their Latitude products in one place! No more logging into separate Online Service Centres for each product.
Plus, we are continually updating the Latitude Service Centre with new functionality to give you greater control around managing your account.
When is this happening?
From 11.59pm on the 27th May 2022, the BPAY® feature will no longer be available via the Online Service Centre.
It will become available on the Latitude Service Centre from the 30th May.
To allow for the transition the BPAY® feature will be unavailable on both the Online Service Centre and the Latitude Service Centre on the 27th & 28th May. If you need to make a payment over these two days here are some alternatives.
If you don't already use the Latitude Service Centre or our Latitude Mobile App you’ll need to register, create a Latitude ID and then link your credit card. If you have previously logged into the Latitude App you can use the same log in details for the Latitude Service Centre.
Once your set up, head over to the Payments section in the Latitude Service Centre, it’s that easy!
