Your account number can be found at the top of your statement or welcome pack that you would've received when you were approved.
I have just re-financed my personal loan, do I need relink my new account to the Latitude Service Centre?
Yes, if you re-financed your personal loan the new loan account number will need to be linked to your Latitude ID.

Can I see if I am behind in repaying my personal loan?
The Latitude Service Centre will show your current balance and monthly repayment amount. We will contact you if you fall behind in your repayments. Alternatively, feel free to call us via the Contact Us section if you have concerns about your repayments.
I have a joint personal loan; can we both link our account to the Latitude Service Centre?
Yes, just like the Latitude App, each person on the loan can link the loan account to their own Latitude ID.
If you are already set up on the app, just go and log right in. If you haven’t signed up to our app, don’t worry, all you need is your account number and date of birth.
If you and your joint account holder have the same date of birth, we will request more info to verify your identity.
