In the Latitude Service Centre, you can add/view and manage all your Latitude products in one convenient place. If you already have the Latitude mobile app, all you need to do is log in with the same Latitude ID details and you are ready to go.
Can I link my card using my account number?
You sure can. To link your card, you can use your card number or your account number. You can find your account number on any of your statements.
Can I link my joint Creditline account?
Unfortunately, our joint Creditline accounts are unable to be accessed in the Latitude Service Centre. If you need to access your account information, you can use our online forms or contact us via our live chat in the bottom left hand corner.
Can I still link my credit card if it's not activated?
Yes, you will still be able to link your credit card through the Latitude Service Centre, even if it is not yet activated. You will even be able to activate your new card – Learn more here Activate Your Card
Can I view my interest free plans?
From the overview page simply click to view your account, and open the Interest Free tab. Here you will find all your active interest free plans.
All your account information is available in the View account section- you will be able to see your transactions, interest free plans and your monthly statements.
What do I need to do to stop receiving paper statements?
You can change your statement preferences to online by selecting Manage Account in the left hand panel and then click on the Statement preferences option.
Can I still use the Latitude Service Centre if one of my Latitude card products is stolen?
Don’t worry, if you have reported your Latitude Card as stolen you will still have access to the Latitude Service Centre.
