I have a Direct Debit set up as “Payment to Reduce Future Interest”. What do I need to know?
As your direct debit is set up to take the full amount shown on your previous statement to avoid interest, we’re likely to make a payment towards your 6 months Interest Free balance which you might not have intended.
If you’d like to adjust your direct debit going forward to accommodate your 6 months Interest Free balance, please contact our Customer Service team. You can find our contact details here.
To minimise the impact in the future, we recommend adding purchase(s) to 6 months Interest Free as soon as possible after you make your purchase(s).
Why am I getting a message saying I don’t have eligible transactions?
This message will appear if you haven’t made an everyday purchase of $250 or more in the last 30 days.
If your transaction is pending, you will have to wait until it processes before you can select it to get 6 months Interest Free.
I had a message pop up advising ‘This feature isn’t available to you right now’ - what can I do?

Why can’t I see the option to get 6 months Interest Free in the Latitude App?
There are a couple of potential reasons. We suggest you confirm the following:
- You have an open Latitude GO Mastercard account
- You’ve linked your Latitude GO Mastercard to the Latitude App
- Your Latitude App version is one of the below or later:
- IOS: Version 1.60 (1719)
- Android: Version 1.53.8557
