- On your mobile phone, find the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) icon.
- Then use the Search button at the bottom right (iPhone) or top right (Android) of the screen to look for the app.
- Select the app ‘Latitude’ and select Get (iPhone) or Install (Android).
Having trouble accessing the new Shop tab in your Mobile App?
Let’s see if we can fix that!
Firstly, do you have a Latitude GO Mastercard? The Shop tab is currently only available for Latitude GO Mastercard customers.
If you have a Latitude GO Mastercard, make sure that is linked to the Latitude App.
If you have linked your Latitude GO Mastercard to the App, try going to the support tab in the App and under ‘Preferences’ make sure your Version is greater than Version 1.55.
Oh - and don’t forget to log out and log back in.
Wondering what these offers are?
The fancy name is a Personalised Card Linked Offers (PCLOs). So what does that mean? They are offers that reward you (e.g. give you cashback) for spending at selected retailers using your Latitude GO Mastercard. Offers are refreshed every month with exciting new offers!
With your Latitude GO Mastercard credit card, the great deals keep coming! Be sure to check them out in the Shop section in the Latitude App.
I never received the offer!
No need to worry, we have you covered. If you have a Latitude GO Mastercard card and your account is in good standing, you can access available offers.
Simply make a purchase which meets the retailers offer purchase conditions, and you will automatically qualify for the offer.
When do I get my cashback?
That’s the best part, these offers will be automatically processed when you spend using your Latitude GO Mastercard and meet the purchase conditions set by the retailer.
You will see the credit appear on your transaction listing/statement as a credit. E.g., ‘latitude name of retailer Rebate.’ - how magic!
Most cash back transactions will be credited to your account typically within 24-48 hours (about 2 days), however, there are some that may take up to 14 days (about 2 weeks).
