Yes, you can! If you need to update your address or correct your current one, tap your name at the top of the screen (or go into the Support section of the App), click Manage personal details and follow the prompts. There you can view and updates your address to a domestic mailing or residential address. Quick and easy.
Some things to keep in mind.
- You will need to go and update your address separately if you have more than one Latitude card.
- You can only use a domestic address to update your mailing or residential address in the App, give us a call if you need to update to an international address (it’s coming soon on the App for credit cards!).
- You can use our helpful online forms to update your address on a Personal Loan or a Motor Loan.
