If you attempt to log in to our Latitude Service Centre with incorrect details, you have three attempts before your online account is suspended for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, you’ll be able to attempt to log in again.
If you can’t remember your username or password, you can recover them at Forgotten Username or Forgotten Password from the Login page.
If you continue to enter your details incorrectly, your online account will be locked, and you’ll need to contact us.
