How do I upload the documents I was asked to provide?

A secure digital channel is available to you to send your documents to Latitude.

Use our Secure Document upload tool to send us your Proof of Income documents: www.latitudefinancial.com.au/upload

If you were asked to send us a Proof of Identity, use our Secure Document upload tool located at the footer of Latitude website under the Discover menu, or click here. Keep your mobile phone handy, as you’ll need to enter the unique document reference provided to you in the SMS.

Note:

  • Accepted file types are: PDF, JPEG (or JPG), PNG, TIF (or TIFF), BMP and GIF.
  • Each uploaded file will need to be below the maximum size of 10MB.
  • You can upload up to 10 documents at any time. If you have more than 10 documents to upload, the remaining documents must be uploaded as a separate document load.
