You can easily request a letter from us to confirm activity on your personal loan account. There is a variety of standard letters available, choose the one you’d like to receive:
- Account closure confirmation
- Payout figure
- Original contract

Please note: This request can be submitted by account holders, authorised third parties and appointed attorneys. If you are not an authorised third party, the account holder will need to complete a Third Party Authority form (Authority to Maintain) and send it back to us.
If you are an appointed attorney, please send us a certified copy of the Power of Attorney document if you have not provided it previously.
