Oops! It happens to us all at one stage or another.
You can reset your log-in details for the Mobile App and the Online Service Centre without having to call us.
- Open the Mobile App and click on Forgot Password at the bottom of the screen
- Enter your email address and we will email you a 6-digit code that you can use to reset your password
- Enter the 6-digit code from the email along with your new password

- Enter in your 16-digit card number and your credit limit
- Click Retrieve Username
Forgot your password?
- Enter in your 16-digit card number, your Username and your credit limit
- Click Proceed
- Answer your secret question and confirm the email address displayed is correct
- Click Proceed and a temporary password will be sent to you by email. You can use this temporary password, along with your username to access the Online Service Centre.
- Once you have logged in with your temporary password, follow the on-screen prompts to select a new permanent password.
