The quickest way to activate your new card is over the phone using our voice prompt service, or if you’re the primary card holder, through our Online Service Centre.
We will send a 6-digit confirmation code to the mobile number we have on file. You’ll need to enter this when prompted to activate your card.
Before you call: If you’ve updated the mobile number on your account in the last 24 hours; or changed phone numbers recently and haven’t let us know, you won’t be able to activate your card online or over the phone. You will need to raise a request to have your card activated.
