Your new David Jones credit card has arrived and is now ready to use. Your balance, current credit limit and points have automatically been transferred to your new David Jones credit card account. Your points have been transferred to your points balance.
Let’s set up your new card now by following the below steps:

Activate your new credit card:
- Download the Latitude App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) or login through the Latitude Service Centre. If you already have the Latitude App, please make sure that you have the latest version installed on your device.
- Tap Login or sign up and enter the email address you used with your previous David Jones card.
- Follow the prompts to access your account.
- Tap Set up Card to activate your card and set a PIN.
- Sign the back of your physical card and you're ready to go.

Add your new credit card to your digital wallet:
- If you haven’t already, please download the Latitude App. Tap Login or sign up and enter the email address you used with your previous David Jones card.
- Once you are logged in, choose the Link Credit Card option.
- Add your account number and date of birth, and we'll send you an SMS to verify.
- Once you enter the code, you’ll be able to simply tap the button to add your new linked card to your Apple or Android wallet, just follow the prompts and you’ll be all set to start using your new card.

Link your new credit card to your David Jones account:
- Simply log in to your David Jones Online account.
- Click Link Latitude from the My Benefits page.
- Follow the prompts to be eligible for the David Jones Member shopping benefits. If you already have a David Jones Online account, please log out of any active sessions on davidjones.com.au and log back in again before linking your new David Jones credit card.

After activating your new card, you will need to update any recurring payments, such as gym memberships, utilities or streaming services, with your new credit card details.
Once you receive your Latitude statement, you can pay your account via the following options:
- Direct Debit: and had a bank account registered to pay your card previously by direct debit, this arrangement will continue with Latitude. Check the Latitude App to ensure your direct debit arrangements are up to date.

BPAY®: You need to update the new BPAY® details from your Latitude statement. There is no fee for David Jones accounts to use this payment method. Use:
- Biller Code: 8961
- Reference Number: New Latitude Account Number (you can see this in the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre)
- Australia Post: Payments instore at David Jones are no longer accepted. You can pay at Australia Post, however a fee will be charged.
You now have the option to pay via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre. Click here to explore the payment options available.
We’ll continue to charge your annual fee, if applicable, on your annual fee anniversary date. For example, if you were charged an annual fee in March 2024, we’ll charge your next annual fee in March 2025. Any American Express annual fees previously charged will not be waived.
Your last 12 statements issued by American Express are available via the Latitude Service Centre (LSC) and Latitude App. If you are after something a bit more detailed, simply fill in the online form and we’ll send you a copy of your statement.
Your points have been transferred to your new David Jones credit card and you can view your points balance in the Points Hub. You can access the Point Hub via the Latitude App or Latitude Service Centre. Please note, your points balance will not be displayed on your monthly statement.

All existing interest free promotional purchase plans will continue on your new David Jones credit card. Your statement will show you all the details and we will not charge any monthly Account Keeping Fee for maintaining these plans. Please note, Latitude does not offer new Interest Free promotional plans.
We are currently in discussions regarding Airline partners. In the meantime, you can continue earning points and enjoying the benefits of the David Jones credit card.
